Security

The Protx payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Our internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate Protx to obtain secure information.


Transaction Security

The transfer of the less sensitive transaction details from the retailer's site to Protx is encrypted and digitally-signed. This ensures that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.


Security for the Shopper

Any communication between the customer and Protx is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the customer's browser. The customer is also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuer.

All data stored on Protx systems is held on encrypted and highly secured databases. Protx are regularly audited by Visa and MasterCard to ensure that their systems conform to the latest security standards.

Delivery

Please allow 7 days for all UK deliveries although all orders are sent out within 24 hours, if you need an item quicker then please feel free to contact us and we will try and arrange special delivery.

If you are an international customer then please allow up to 21 days for delivery, again if you need an item quicker then please contact us.

We endeavour to get all items to you as soon as we can but can not be held responsible for any delays in delivery times.

Delivery on all items ordered from the UK is £5.00
Delivery on all International orders is £10.00


For orders over £100 delivery is free

Please note customers ordering from outside of the UK may be liable for import taxes in accordance with the country of delivery.


Exchanges and Refunds

Goods returned for exchange or credit note must in all respects be in the condition you received them.

If you need to return any goods please place in original packaging with labels attached and return within 7 days.If posting goods, please keep proof of posting.

We reserve the right to inspect any returned goods for signs of usage or wear and tear and refunds will be given at our discretion.


Payment

All orders should be made payable to Contagious Clubwear in pounds sterling. We recommend the use of credit cards as it is the most efficient and fastest form of payment. We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, SOLO, AMEX and MAESTRO).

If you feel that you would rather give your credit card details over the phone then please feel free to contact us on the telephone number provided in the payment section.

If paying by credit card, postage and packing will be added accordingly and your card will be charged.

We do accept payment over the phone or by cheque or postal\money order.

We reserve the right to make changes to any of our designs without prior notice.

If the item that you are sent differs at all from the photograph you will be informed prior to dispatch of any goods.

We reserve the right to alter our Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

We have a No-SPAM policy; all customer information will be held with the utmost discretion and will not be distributed to third parties.

We do, however, send e-mails to existing customers informing them of any special offers or promotions we may be running.

All outfit designs, logos or graphics contained within this site are protected by trademark; any unauthorised reproduction will be dealt with accordingly.

Any contract entered into by Contagious Clubwear and any of its customers shall be governed by English law under The Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000 Act, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
